1.22m Stainless Steel Screen Mesh 304 316 Chemical Filter

Stainless Steel Screen Mesh is made of high quality stainless steel wire with materials including SS302, SS304, SS316, SS316L and more. It can be woven in uniform hole sizes with different width and length dimensions. The standard hole shape is square but can be customized to your requirements. It features strong anti-rust and anti-resistance properties, making it widely used for chemical filters and other industrial applications.

• Roll size: Usually manufactured in 30m (up to 200m) long and in width of 36", 48", 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 2.0m etc. or cut to length panels as per client's requirement
• Packing: Water-proof paper, woven bag and also can be made as per client's requirement
• Weave: Plain Weave, Twill Weave; Plain Dutch Weave, Dutch Twill Weave
• Mesh counts: 1 mesh to 635 mesh
• Sample: Available for testing

• AISI 304: The basic stainless alloy most commonly used for wire cloth/mesh weaving. Offers excellent properties against rusting and oxidation.
• AISI 304 L: Similar to 304, with reduced carbon content for better weaving.
• AISI 316: Stainless stabilized by the addition of 2% molybdenum. Has better resistance to pitting corrosion than other chromium-nickel stainless steels and high strength at elevated temperatures.
• AISI 316 L: Very similar to AISI316, yet with reduced carbon content for better wire cloth weaving.

Roll width is 1m or 48" while standard roll length is 30m or 100'.
